HEYBURN – Paul Granillo, 59, of Heyburn, passed away peacefully at his home on September 7, 2026. He was born in Rupert, Idaho, on August 9, 1967.

Paul will be remembered for his love of family, friends, and the simple moments that made life meaningful. He enjoyed fishing, camping, barbecuing, working on cars, and spending time surrounded by the people he loved. Whether they were out fishing, gathered around a BBQ, working on cars, or simply enjoying each other’s company, Paul treasured the time he spent with his friends and family. He and his close group of friends proudly called themselves “Los Guys,” a name that represented the friendship, memories, and good times they shared over the years.

Paul also worked as a professional semi-truck driver, holding his Class A CDL. He took pride in his work and in the many miles he traveled throughout his career.

Paul’s greatest joy was being with his family and friends. He was someone who valued the people around him and the memories made along the way. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Paul is survived by his children, Jamie Moreno, Stephanie Granillo, and Paula Granillo; his grandchildren, Dominik Dre Moreno, DeAandre Damien Moreno, Dallas Xavier Moreno, Destiny Envy Moreno, and Zaynaya; and his siblings, Gregory Granillo, Margaret Granillo, Mike Granillo, Joseph Granillo, Rick Granillo, Jess Granillo, and Ann Granillo.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Adela Granillo; and his siblings, Virginia Granillo, Thomas Granillo, John Granillo, and Steve Granillo.

Paul leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will be cherished by his family, friends, and especially his beloved Los Guys. His laughter, friendship, and the moments they shared will never be forgotten.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 until 7p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, at Hansen Mortuary, located at 710 6th Street, in Rupert.
